Taylor Found Responsible For War Crimes

LEIDSCHENDAM, Netherlands — In a historic ruling, an international court says former Liberian President Charles Taylor is criminally responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity for supporting notoriously brutal Sierra Leone rebels in return for blood diamonds.
